Negotiation & Communication Facilitation

Sometimes you need help with important communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution in your business or your personal life.   


As a Facilitator and Communication Specialist, I help guide clients through complex interpersonal communication and negotiations, to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships with the other parties involved.

With me on your team as your Facilitator and Communication Specialist, you help ensure positive communication, smooth negotiations, and great outcomes.


Services and tasks provided are based on the situation and context of the Professional Facilitation or Coaching, and may include:


Initial Assessment:

  • Evaluate the client's communication and/or negotiation needs, goals, and challenges.

Preparation and Strategy Development:

  • Research and gather relevant and necessary information.
  • Develop a negotiation strategy tailored to the client’s priorities and objectives.

Emotional Support:

  • Provide emotional support and coaching to help clients manage their feelings.
  • Address emotional barriers that may hinder effective communication and negotiation.

Communication Facilitation:

  • Create a safe environment for open communication (business or personal).
  • Help clients articulate their needs, concerns, and agreements calmly and fairly, and negotiate effectively.
  • Facilitate productive, effective communication and dialog between parties.
  • Assist clients in finding common ground; help them  understand each other’s perspectives and interests.
  • Aim to reduce misunderstandings. 
  • Foster empathy and mutual respect.

Proposal/Counter-Proposal Creation Assistance:

  • Assist in drafting initial proposals and responses to counter-proposals.
  • Ensure proposals are clear, concise, and aligned with the client's goals.

Problem-Solving Techniques:

  • Utilize problem-solving techniques to address specific issues.
  • Encourage creative thinking and brainstorming to generate new ideas and find innovative solutions.

Manage Meetings:

  • Organize and manage meetings to ensure they are efficient and productive.
  • Keep discussions on track and manage time effectively.

Technical Writing and Documentation:

  • Help manage and document correspondence, including emails and meeting notes.
  • Document communication and negotiation activities and outcomes.
  • Assist with drafting letters and agreements on behalf of the client. 
  • Review of non-legal documents. 


All Coaching and facilitation follows privacy and ethical best practices.


Pricing is based on the specific type of facilitation or coaching.
